Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, warranty period, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for medium- and high-pressure axial flow fans (VML) (hereinafter referred to as "fans"). This standard applies to the air-intake fans of granulation towers in nitroammonium production lines with a normal pressure neutralization method and an annual production capacity of 150,000 to 250,000 tons, or fans with an inlet temperature not exceeding 80℃, a dust content in the medium of not more than 100 mg/m3 (actual state), and a boost pressure between 800 Pa and 3000 Pa. Fans used for air supply and air intake in industries such as chemical, tunnel, subway, mining, and textiles can also be used as reference.
