Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, education, training and competence, information exchange and control, analysis and improvement, commitment and evaluation of water supply enterprises (hereinafter referred to as enterprises) for honest measurement. This standard applies to enterprises that have passed the measurement management system certification and are operating effectively, and have the following aspirations: a) Establish, implement, maintain and improve the honest measurement system; b) Comply with the declared measurement policies and committed measurement objectives; c) Demonstrate compliance with the code of conduct for honest measurement through the following methods, including: —— Conduct self-evaluation and make commitments; —— Seek external evaluation of their honest measurement and obtain recognition.
