Scope
This standard specifies the content, procedures, and methods of construction supervision for highway projects during the stages of construction preparation, construction, acceptance, and the defect liability period. This standard applies to the construction supervision of roadbeds, bridges and culverts, tunnels, pavements, traffic safety facilities, and mechanical and electrical engineering in new construction and reconstruction projects of highways and first-class highways in Shanxi Province. The construction supervision of other highway projects may be implemented with reference to this standard.
