Scope
This standard specifies a method for simultaneously determining the migration of photoinitiators such as polymer-based films, phenyl ketone in bags, 2-isopropyl thiazole, 4-methyl phenyl ketone, 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid ethyl ester, 4-chlorophenyl ketone, 2-methyl benzoate, and 2,4-diethyl thiazole using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This standard is applicable to the simultaneous determination of the migration of photoinitiators including polymer-based films, phenyl ketone in bags, 2-isopropyl thiazole, 4-methyl phenyl ketone, 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid ethyl ester, 4-chlorophenyl ketone, 2-methyl benzoate, and 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid-2-ethylhexyl ester, as well as 2,4-diethyl thiazole.
