Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the production requirements, management of production inputs, technical requirements, harvesting, packaging, transportation, storage, and recordkeeping and archiving for the industrial cultivation of Cordyceps sinensis. This standard applies to the industrial production of Cordyceps sinensis. Main technical content: The plant must meet the requirements of GB 50073 for clean rooms, including the proportion of area of different clean zones, differential pressure, temperature regulation, relative humidity, and light intensity. The area of the 100,000-level clean zone accounts for 35% of the total area, the area of the 100,000-level clean zone accounts for 34% of the total area, and the general zone accounts for 31% of the total area. The clean zone maintains a certain differential pressure with the surrounding space, and the positive and negative differential pressures are determined according to the process requirements. The airflow distribution is uniform, and the leakage of high-efficiency filters is greater than 99.97%. Auxiliary workshops adopt ventilation measures, and the indoor static pressure value is lower than that of the clean zone. The temperature regulation range is -10℃~25℃, the relative humidity range is 30%~99%, and the light intensity range is 0 lx~100,000 lx. These facility requirements provide a stable growth environment for Cordyceps sinensis and ensure the controllability of hygiene conditions and environmental parameters during the growth process. For example, suitable temperature and humidity help the mycelial growth and fruiting body development of Cordyceps sinensis, while a clean environment reduces the incidence of pests and diseases.
