Scope

This document specifies the general requirements and performance requirements for intelligent speed limit systems for automobiles, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to M-class and N-class automobiles equipped with intelligent speed limit systems. The technical requirements and test methods related to the intelligent speed limit control function are applicable to M1-class automobiles, and other vehicle types may refer to and implement them accordingly.
Note: For the sake of clarity, in this document, "intelligent speed limit systems for automobiles" is referred to as "the system".
