Scope
This specification applies to the overall installation of equipment and on-site welding installation works for new, expanded, modified, relocated, and major overhauled vacuum salt-making factories, including brine purification, evaporation crystallization, dehydration, drying, packaging, storage and transportation processes, and production equipment for by-products such as mirabilite and gypsum, as well as the supporting circulating water equipment. The construction and acceptance of equipment installation projects for other similar inorganic salts (such as mirabilite) produced by vacuum evaporation salt-making processes and devices can also be implemented in accordance with this specification.
