Scope

This specification is applicable to the installation and acceptance of mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, automatic forging presses, air hammers, forging machines, shearing machines, and bending straightening machines. The installation of forging equipment shall commence from the unboxing of the equipment and continue until the equipment passes the empty load test run. In addition to complying with this specification, the installation and acceptance of forging equipment shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
