Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, site environment, cultivation techniques, selenium-enriched cultivation techniques, timely harvesting, and file management for the selenium-enriched cultivation of water bamboo. This standard applies to the selenium-enriched cultivation of water bamboo. Main technical contents: 5. Cultivation techniques 5.1 Variety selection: Select varieties with high quality, high yield, and strong resistance. 5.2 Field management: Refer to local field management techniques for techniques such as seedling cultivation, land preparation and fertilization, timely transplanting, reasonable planting density, fertilizer and water management, and pest and weed control. 5.3 Fertilizer application: Fertilizer application shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 394. 5.4 Chemical control of pests and weeds: Chemical control shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 393. 6. Selenium-enriched techniques 6.1 Selenium supplementation principles: When the selenium content in the flesh stems of water bamboo produced naturally does not meet the requirements of GH/T 1135, selenium can be supplemented through artificial techniques. 6.2 Selenium supplementation fertilizers: Selenium fertilizers or selenium soil conditioners registered by the state shall be selected. 6.3 Selenium supplementation methods: Leaf surface selenium supplementation and rhizosphere selenium supplementation. One or both methods can be selected according to actual production needs. 6.3.1 Leaf surface selenium supplementation: Prepare a selenium solution with a concentration of 70mg/kg to 120mg/kg. Supplement selenium once each at 20 days to 25 days after transplanting, during the tillering stage, and during the bulb-forming stage, with 450kg to 750kg of selenium solution evenly sprayed per hectare each time. Ensure that both sides of the leaves are sprayed with selenium solution until no water droplets remain. Apply selenium on cloudy days or after 4 PM on sunny days;
