1.0.1 This standard is formulated to regulate the design of wind farm access systems and ensure the safe and stable operation of wind farms and power grids. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the design of onshore wind farm access systems connected to power grids with voltages of 110 kV (66 kV) and above. The design of access systems for wind farms with other voltage levels shall be implemented in accordance with this standard.
