Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determining the content of chlorinated hydrocarbons in correction products. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content and total amount of methylene chloride, 1,1-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, methyl trichloride, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, and carbon tetrachloride in correction products (correction fluid, correction tape, correction pen).
