Scope

Main Technical Content: B.1 Tea Branch Cultivation B.1.1 Selection of Tea Varieties: - High-resistance and well-adapted tea varieties such as Wufeng Group Variety, Wufeng 212, Wufeng 310, and Etea No.7 are used. B.1.2 Planting Methods: - Double-row or single-row planting is adopted. - (Row spacing) - The environmental conditions of the tea garden should meet the requirements of NY/T 5010. B.1.3 New Tea Gardens B.1.4.1 Site Selection and Planning: - Site selection, planning, and tea tree planting are carried out in accordance with the requirements of NY/T 5019. - B.1.4.2 Site Preparation and Fertilization: - The tea garden is deeply plowed to a depth of 80cm to ensure surface flatness. - A planting ditch 60cm-80cm wide and 60cm deep is dug, with the base fertilizer applied at a depth of 30cm-50cm. The fertilizer and raw soil are mixed evenly and then backfilled, with the mature soil placed on top in the order of excavation. - Tea seedlings are planted in spring and autumn. They should be planted deep enough, watered thoroughly after rooting, and maintained at a height of 15cm. - B.1.5 Soil Management: - Weeding and cultivation are carried out before and after spring tea harvest and after summer tea harvest to loosen the soil and enhance its permeability. - Deep cultivation is performed before "White Dew" to a depth of 10cm-15cm. - Mulching is conducted after spring tea harvest, with a thickness of 10cm-15cm, to regulate ground temperature, suppress weed growth, and reduce water and soil loss. B.1.7 Fertilization: - Fertilization periods: - Bud-stimulating fertilizer is applied in mid-to-late January. - Top-dressing fertilizer is applied from early May to late July. - Base fertilizer is mainly organic fertilizer or commercial organic fertilizer combined with inorganic (mineral) fertilizers or microbial fertilizers.
