This standard stipulates the basic requirements for road transport guarantee work during peak periods, including transportation organization, safety supervision, emergency guarantee, law enforcement supervision, quality service, industry publicity, on-duty supervision, and information analysis. This standard applies to road transport management agencies (hereinafter referred to as transport management agencies) and transport service enterprises such as road passenger transport, road freight transport, road transport stations, urban public transport, taxis, and highway service areas within Anhui Province that carry out road transport guarantee work during peak periods.
