Scope

This standard specifies the design of highway factory-mixed foam asphalt cold recycled pavements, road materials and construction preparation, mix design, pavement construction, construction quality management and inspection, engineering quality inspection and evaluation, and test methods. This standard applies to the major overhaul and expansion projects of asphalt pavements on all grades of highways, as well as the sub-base and base layers of asphalt pavements on highways and all grades of highways. The major overhaul and expansion projects of urban roads can be implemented with reference to this standard.
