Scope

This standard specifies the user scope, authorization methods, and technical interfaces for domain name registration authorities to open up access to the zone file data of the domain name resolution system (referred to as "zone files") to relevant users. Based on this standard, registration authorities can provide designated users with secure access to zone files. This standard applies to the construction of a new generic top-level domain system that conforms to both the technical specifications of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and the Domain Name Management Measures of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
