Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements and testing methods for achieving nanosecond-level relative timing based on GNSS one-way timing and GNSS neighborhood similarity, including the interface requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements, and related testing methods of nanosecond-level GNSS relative timing technology. This document is applicable to the research, design, production, and testing of 5G positioning base stations and other devices that require nanosecond-level timing and synchronization accuracy. The form of the system equipment can be used as a separate device/system, or it can be embedded into specific systems as a high-precision time synchronization module.
