Scope

This standard specifies the project division, quality inspection, quality evaluation, and appearance quality inspection and evaluation of dam roads in water conservancy projects, as well as the quality inspection and evaluation of procedures such as base treatment, sub-base and sub-sub-base paving, surface paving, curbstone laying, and shoulder filling. This standard applies to the construction quality inspection and evaluation of dam roads in water conservancy projects within Jiangsu Province. For dam roads that also serve as highways of Grade IV or higher, their construction quality inspection and evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with JTG F80/1.
