Scope
This regulation applies to the emergency repair of urban heating systems with a design pressure of less than or equal to 2.5 MPa and a design temperature of less than or equal to 200°C for heating water media; and a design pressure of less than or equal to 1.6 MPa and a design temperature of less than or equal to 350°C for heating steam media. It includes the emergency repair of heat sources (boiler rooms), heating pipe networks, heat stations, and indoor heating systems in buildings and households.
