Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of reprocessed fiber products. This standard applies to yarns, fabrics, garments, and other fiber products made from reprocessed fibers, as well as household fluff fiber products that comply with the provisions of GB 18383-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Fluff Fiber Products" Section 4.1.3. This standard does not apply to other household fluff fiber products, baby and children's products, products that come into direct contact with the skin, and the products listed in Appendix A.
