Scope

Due to the interaction between AC and DC power traction supply systems, dangerous induced voltages and currents may cause harm to humans and equipment. This part of GB/T 28026 sets out the requirements for electrical safety and protection measures for ground equipment of AC and DC power traction supply systems.
This part applies to the electrical safety requirements for ground equipment of power traction supply systems during maintenance work.
The interactions include the following situations:
——Parallel operation of AC and DC power traction supply systems;
——Cross-operating of AC and DC power traction supply systems;
——Shared tracks, buildings, or other structures;
——Transition sections between AC and DC power traction supply systems.
This part is limited to the base frequency voltages and currents and their superimposed parts, and does not cover regulations on radiation interference.
