Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for the public disclosure of public credit information, the content of the disclosure, the carrier, the form, privacy protection, and the handling of objections.
This document applies to departments that exercise public functions in accordance with the law to disclose various types of credit information generated in the process of performing their duties and providing services, as well as various types of credit information collected and disclosed by the operating agencies of the public credit information system in accordance with relevant documents such as the National Basic Directory of Public Credit Information and other regulations.
