DB12/ 125-2013 Residential community security prevention system

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, system composition and classification, and configuration requirements of the security prevention system in residential communities; public area security prevention; resident security prevention systems; security monitoring centers; security management systems; system evaluation, inspection, acceptance, and use; and maintenance. It serves as the basic basis for the design, construction, inspection, and acceptance of the security prevention system in residential communities. This standard applies to the security prevention systems of newly built residential communities. The construction of security prevention systems in apartment-style residences and villa-style residences, as well as the renovation and expansion of security prevention systems in existing residential communities or residential buildings, should be implemented in accordance with this standard.
