Scope
This document specifies the key areas and regions of safety prevention for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, the general prevention requirements, human prevention requirements, physical prevention requirements, electronic prevention requirements, and technical requirements for safety prevention systems. This document is applicable to the construction and management of safety prevention systems in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens (hereinafter collectively referred to as schools). The construction and management of safety prevention systems in other institutions or venues for the centralized education and training of minors, and for their rescue and protection, may be implemented with reference to this document.
