Scope

In order to implement the "Regulations on Energy Conservation in Civil Buildings" and the "Measures for Energy Conservation in Civil Buildings of Anhui Province", vigorously develop energy-saving and space-saving residential and public buildings, implement the building energy efficiency labeling system, standardize the energy efficiency labeling of civil buildings in Anhui Province, and promote the development of energy-saving buildings, in light of the actual situation of Anhui Province, this standard is formulated. This standard applies to the building energy efficiency labeling of new, renovated, and expanded civil buildings. In addition to meeting the requirements of this standard, the building energy efficiency labeling of civil buildings shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant standards currently in force at the national, industry, and provincial levels in Anhui Province.
