This part of GB 5135 specifies the classification of sprinkler heads for automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems, their nominal flow coefficients, interface threads, color markings, models, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, user manuals, packaging, transportation, storage, and so on.
This part applies to sprinkler heads used in automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems.
This part does not apply to early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinkler heads, household sprinkler heads, special application sprinkler heads, and shut-off sprinkler heads.
