This document describes the method of measuring the polarization characteristics of laser beams and specifies the content of the test report.
This document is applicable to the measurement of the polarization state and polarization degree of continuous wave (CW) laser beams or stable pulsed laser beams, the measurement of the polarization direction of fully or partially linearly polarized laser beams, and the measurement of the polarization state of highly divergent laser beams and large-diameter laser beams.
