Scope

This part of GB/T 38399 defines the basic terms related to the basic mechanisms and looping mechanisms of flat-bed warp knitting machines: classification, machine side and dimensions, brackets, drive mechanisms, looping parts, and beds and rods.
This part is applicable to flat-bed warp knitting machines used for producing warp knit fabrics.
Note: The diagrams in this part only illustrate the working principles of various types of mechanisms, but do not represent the only or most common structural types. Within the scope of technical feasibility, combined mechanisms can also be applied.
