Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements for the acceptance of government information disclosure applications, the acceptance methods, registration, review, response, filing, and processing procedures. This standard applies to all levels of people's governments in Sichuan Province, departments of people's governments at or above the county level that perform administrative management functions in their own names, dispatched agencies and internal agencies established by administrative organs to perform administrative management functions in their own names in accordance with laws and regulations, as well as organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform public affairs management functions. Grassroots mass autonomous organizations (residents' committees and villagers' committees) may refer to and implement it accordingly.
