Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for medium- and high-pressure gas pressurization fans (hereinafter referred to as "fans"). This standard applies to pressurization fans used in gas pressurization stations for generating furnaces, blast furnaces, coke ovens, converter gas pressurization, and other applications with high sealing requirements, where the pressure increase ranges between 8 kPa and 35 kPa.
