This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, engineering quality assessment, and basic requirements for monitoring, communication, toll collection, low-voltage power distribution, lighting, and tunnel electromechanical systems of the highway electromechanical engineering quality inspection and evaluation standards in Yunnan Province. This standard applies to the quality inspection and evaluation of new and renovated (expanded) transportation engineering electromechanical projects on highways, first-class and second-class highways in Yunnan Province. Other highway electromechanical engineering projects can refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
