T/DAWS 0004-2019 Cold chain logistics temperature and humidity control requirements and temperature measurement methods
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the temperature and humidity control requirements for the storage, transportation, and sales of low-temperature agricultural and food products; the temperature measurement methods; the measurement facilities; the temperature measurement requirements; and the measurement locations. This standard applies to the logistics and freshness preservation operations of low-temperature agricultural and food products (hereinafter referred to as "products") using contact temperature measurement methods. Main technical content: Cold chain logistics refers to a special supply chain system in which products are kept in a suitable low-temperature environment throughout all stages of circulation, processing, storage, transportation, and distribution until final consumption to ensure product quality and safety, reduce losses, and prevent pollution. Agricultural product cold chain circulation requires strict temperature control at multiple stages, including harvesting, processing, packaging, storage, transportation, and sales, to guarantee product quality. However, China currently lacks a systematic understanding of agricultural product cold chain logistics, which has resulted in agricultural product quality failing to meet high standards. Every link in the system must strictly control temperature to ensure the smooth progress of agricultural product cold chain logistics and maintain product quality. Fruit and vegetable products have a short shelf life. To maximally preserve their original freshness, color, and nutrients, they must be delivered to consumers quickly and accurately. If the transportation time is increased, the freshness of the products will decline. Although they can still be consumed, the chance of such products being sold out during the purchasing process will decrease, leading to reduced sales and losses. The perishable nature of fruit and vegetable products seriously affects their value. Fruit and vegetables should be immediately plac
