WH/T 70.3-2020 Public library assessment indicators—Part 3:Provincial、municipal、county children’s libraries

Scope

This part of WH/T 70.3 stipulates the composition of the evaluation index system for provincial, municipal, and county-level children's libraries, and defines the evaluation indicators in five aspects: facilities and equipment, funding and staffing, literature resources, service work, and collaboration and management of children's libraries at or above the county level.
This part is applicable to the self-evaluation work of independently established children's libraries at or above the county level, and is also applicable to the evaluation work of children's libraries by cultural authorities at all levels and third-party organizations. Other types of libraries (rooms) serving children can refer to and use it for evaluation purposes.
