Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, and test methods for fixed lifting work platforms. 1.2 This standard applies to lifting work platforms that are fixedly installed in industrial production workshops, warehouses, and other locations. These platforms are used for vertical transport of goods to fixed floors or certain height planes for loading and unloading operations. The lifting devices are connected to the worktables by rigid components, with a lifting height not exceeding 10 meters, an operating speed not exceeding 0.3 m/s, and powered by electricity. They must comply with the "Special Equipment Catalogue" (Guo Zhi Jian Guo [2004] No. 31) in the category of "lifting work platforms" under the "elevator type". 1.3 This standard does not apply to lifting equipment used in enclosed elevator shafts. 1.4 The inspection of mobile lifting work platforms can refer to this standard.
