T/PJDZ 0009-2018 Paddy field cultivation of crab green high-efficiency production technical regulations
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for raising crabs in rice fields in coastal rice-growing areas, including preliminary preparations, rice cultivation techniques, and river crab farming techniques. This standard applies to rice-growing areas in Panjin and similar ecological regions. Main technical content: 1. Rice cultivation techniques 1.1 Seedling cultivation: Use factory-standard seedling cultivation techniques to produce strong seedlings. The seedling age should be 30–35 days, with 3.1–3.2 leaves, 13–15 cm in plant height, 2.0–2.2 mm in stem base width, and 3.0–3.5 g in 100-seedling dry weight. The seedlings should be uniform, with minimal individual differences, even density, no withered leaves, no diseases, white roots, large root mass, good rooting, and a well-developed root system. 1.2 Transplantation: Mechanical transplantation is carried out in mid-to-late May. The hole spacing should be 16–18 cm, with 4–5 seedlings per hole, and a transplantation density of 7.5–10.5 × 105 seedlings/ha. To meet the lighting needs of river crabs during their middle and late growth stages, farmers with suitable conditions can leave a row of empty space every 11 rows to compensate for yield losses through edge effects. 1.3 Fertilization: Organic and inorganic fertilizers should be applied in a balanced manner. Before rotary tillage, a single deep application of "Rice-Crab Ecological Cultivation Field-Specific Compound Fertilizer" (1050–1200 kg/ha) should be carried out. Fertilization techniques should comply with the provisions of DB 21/T 2351-2014. 2. River Crab Farming Techniques 2.1 Crab seedling disinfection: Crab seedlings should be disinfected by soaking in 20 mg/L–30 mg/L potassium permanganate solution for 3–5 minutes or in 3%–5% saline solution for 5–8 minutes. 2.2 Management during the breeding period 2.2.1 Water quality regulation: The water depth in rice fields used for crab farming should ideally be 20 cm, with a minimum of 10 cm
