Scope

In order to promote the application of new technologies and materials in building energy-saving projects, improve the level of building energy-saving technology in our province, standardize the application of building reflective thermal insulation coatings in our province, ensure the quality of the project, and achieve advanced technology, safety, reliability, and economic rationality, these regulations are formulated. These regulations apply to the design, construction, and acceptance of exterior wall thermal insulation projects of new, expanded, and renovated civil buildings in Anhui Province that use building reflective thermal insulation coatings. Industrial buildings may refer to these regulations for implementation. In addition to complying with these regulations, the application of building reflective thermal insulation coatings shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national, industry, and Anhui provincial standards and regulations.
