Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits of 74 kinds of water pollutants by year, and at the same time stipulates various requirements in the implementation of the standard. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant emissions from existing units in Guangdong Province, except for industries such as ships, shipbuilding, marine oil development, aerospace propellant use, arms industry, and sewage marine disposal projects. It also applies to the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities for construction projects, the completion and acceptance of projects, and the management of emissions after their commissioning.
