Scope
Main technical content: 1. Impurity removal and stem removal: The impurity removal rate should be ≥99%. Place the selected chili peppers into the chili stem removal machine, and avoid damaging the chili peppers' skins during the process. The stem removal rate should be ≥95%, and the tip damage rate should be ≤15%. 2. Dryer and drying parameters: Use a fully automatic dryer to dry the chili peppers (with a power of 250 kW and a processing efficiency of 12 tons/day). Control the drying temperature at 45°C–55°C, and the drying time at 6–8 hours. The final moisture content of the dried chili peppers should be controlled at 14%. 3. Color sorting standards: The color sorting rate should be ≥95%.
