Main Technical Content: 3 Terms and Definitions: This document does not require defining any specific terms or definitions. 4 Basic Principles: It aligns with the development vision and quality improvement needs of Weili County's "Three Luo Industries". The standard system aims to enhance the quality and scale of Weili Luobu sheep breeding, and its implementation will play a positive role in promoting the development of Weili's livestock and poultry industry. The standard system takes Weili Luobu sheep breeding as the standardization object and establishes an integrated set of standards based on the key factors influencing its development. The entire process of the standard system is conducted in a planned and organized manner. The system consists of national standards, industry standards, group standards, and legal regulations. 5 System Content: The standard system is divided into three parts: pre-production, production, and post-production, consisting of 61 standards (including the general principles of the system). Part I: Pre-production, consisting of 11 standards in the areas of environment, breeds, and breeding. - 1 national standard - 6 industry standards - 2 group standards - 2 legal regulations Part II: Production, consisting of 12 standards in the areas of nutrition and feeding, disease prevention and control, etc. - 1 national standard - 7 industry standards - 1 group standard - 3 legal regulations Part III: Post-production, consisting of 37 standards in the areas of slaughter and meat processing, meat quality, inspection, etc. - 30 national standards - 5 industry standards - 1 group standard - 1 legal regulation The framework structure of the Weili Luobu sheep standard system is shown in Appendix A. 6 Work Procedures: - Planning stage: In July 2022, the Weili County Characteristic Agricultural Products Association submitted an application for the standard system project and prepared the standard system plan.
