This document is applicable to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" mushrooms. Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the requirements for the cultivation site, cultivation techniques, pest and disease control, harvesting, product quality, and production archives for the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" mushrooms. (2) This standard stipulates that the production site environment shall comply with the provisions of T/XJY 1001-2021. (3) Based on relevant standards and the actual situation of production in the "Xiangjiangyuan" mushroom production area, this standard lists the main types of pests and diseases that occur during the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" mushrooms and their control agents and methods. This standard adheres to the principle of prevention and control mainly through agricultural, physical, and biological methods, with chemical control as a supplementary measure, and strictly prohibits the use of highly toxic and highly residual pesticides restricted by the state.
