Scope
This standard applies to the design of new, modified, and expanded projects for polyester filament factories, polyester staple fiber factories, and polyester industrial yarn factories that use polyester melts, polyester chips, recycled polyester bottle chips, and recycled polyester chips, as well as foam materials as raw materials. This standard does not apply to the design of polyester units, solid-phase polymerization units, and nonwoven fabric factories that use polyester or polyester as raw materials in polyester factories.
