Scope

1.0.1 In order to strengthen the risk management of underground engineering construction of urban rail transit in China and unify and standardize the implementation techniques and execution standards of risk management, these specifications are formulated. 1.0.2 These specifications are applicable to the risk management of underground engineering construction of new, modified, and expanded urban rail transit projects. 1.0.3 The risk management of underground engineering construction of urban rail transit must follow the basic principles of energy conservation, land conservation, environmental protection, and sustainable development. 1.04 The risk management of underground engineering construction of urban rail transit shall be implemented throughout the entire process, from planning, feasibility studies, survey and design, construction, to completion and acceptance and delivery for use. 1.0.5 In addition to complying with these specifications, the risk management of underground engineering construction of urban rail transit shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant current national standards.
