Scope

This standard specifies the monitoring requirements for the source of activated corrosion product deposition during the shutdown and maintenance of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, including the monitoring objectives and content, monitoring locations, and monitoring methods. This standard applies to the on-site measurement of activated corrosion products deposited on the inner walls of the pipelines of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. Other types of nuclear power plants may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
