Scope
Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for the pre-processing, storage, storage management, transportation, waste disposal, and file management of Langshan navel oranges. This document applies to the storage and transportation of Langshan navel oranges; Main technical content: 3. Terminology and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Langshan navel oranges Langshan navel oranges refer to early- and medium-ripe navel oranges grown in Ningning County between 110°18’E and 110°28’E, and 26°15’N and 26°50’N. The main varieties include Langfeng navel oranges, Newhall navel oranges, Calacarred red-flesh navel oranges, and Fuben navel oranges. The soluble solids content must be ≥11.5%. These navel oranges are distinguished from those of other production regions by their unique quality characteristics, including orange-red color, smooth skin, rich flavor, and good storage stability. 3.2 Natural ventilation warehouses These warehouses use ventilation to introduce natural low temperatures into the storage area during winter to maintain the freshness of stored fruits. 3.3 Refrigerated warehouses These warehouses use refrigeration and humidification equipment to control the temperature and humidity within the warehouse and maintain the freshness of stored fruits. 4 Pre-processing 4.1 Processing procedures Pre-processing includes initial selection, washing, disinfection, rinsing, and draining. The processing should comply with the requirements of T/XGJXH 0010. 4.2 Single-fruit packaging Single-fruit packaging should comply with the requirements of NY/T 1189. 5 Storage 5.1 Storage methods Storage is carried out in natural ventilation warehouses or refrigerated warehouses. 5.2 Preparation About 2 weeks before the fruits are placed in the storage area, the warehouse should be disinfected.
