GB/T 39690的本部分规定了用于模塑和挤出的柔性和刚性的消费品包装聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE)回收混合物的试样制备和性能测定的标准方法。不适用于运输、处理或储存危险品的包装回收物。由于不可能得到回收物中稳定剂含量的信息，因此有必要根据需要添加稳定剂。本部分规定了试样的前处理条件和状态调节的要求。
