This document is applicable to the main responsible persons and full-time (part-time) food safety directors of catering service enterprises, online catering service third-party platform providers, canteens in elderly care institutions, schools (including kindergartens), and medical institutions. Food safety managers of other types of catering service providers may refer to and implement it accordingly.
