CH/T 2014-2016 Coordinate Transformation Specification for Geodetic Control Points

This standard specifies the technical requirements for converting the coordinates of geodetic control points to the 2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System, including the selection of coincident points, coordinate conversion models, conversion methods, and accuracy evaluation. This standard applies to the coordinate conversion of geodetic control points from local independent coordinate systems, the 1954 Beijing Coordinate System, the 1980 Xi'an Coordinate System, the WGS-84 Coordinate System, and the ITRF framework to the 2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System.
