MR/T 0002-2025 Specification for notification of concentrations of undertakings
This document stipulates the relevant requirements for the declaration conditions, declaration materials, and declaration process of the concentration of business operators.
This document applies to the declaration of business operator concentration by operators to the State Administration for Market Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the Market Supervision Administration).
Note: When operators declare the concentration of business operators in other jurisdictions around the world, they should refer to the relevant content on the compliance with business operator concentration in the "Guidelines for Anti-Monopoly Compliance of Enterprises Overseas".
