This standard specifies the basic requirements for museum lighting, the quantity and quality of lighting, the design principles of lighting, and management principles, etc. This standard is applicable to the lighting design and maintenance management of new, renovated, and expanded museums at all levels and of all types.
This part of WH/T 78 specifies the classification, technical requirements, management norms, and operating procedures for stage lighting. This part applies to the design, production, installation, integration, operation, and maintenance of stage lighting equipment and control systems used in performances, as well as to various processes of lighting design, stage setup, rehearsals, performances, and stage dismantling during performances. Among them, design includes lighting product design, system design, and effect design. Other venues using stage lighting equipment and control systems can refer to this standard for use. The environmental conditions applicable to this part should meet the requirements of Appendix A.
This part of WH/T 78 stipulates the general safety principles for theater technology, the classification of theater technology systems, and the technical requirements, management norms, and operating procedures for theater safety. This part is applicable to the design, construction, and operation of theaters. Theater construction includes new construction, renovation, or expansion, and theater operation includes the processes of setting up the stage, rehearsing, performing, and dismantling the stage. Other performance venues may refer to and use these guidelines as needed.
This part of WH/T 78 stipulates the classification of performance safety, potential safety hazards and risk management in performances, as well as the performance safety standard system and standardized management of performance safety. This part is applicable to the development of performance safety standards, including the certification of theater safety levels.
This part of WH/T 78 defines the relevant terms of dance and stage lighting devices, establishes the classification of dance and stage lighting device systems, stipulates the technical requirements, management norms and operating procedures for the safety of dance and stage lighting devices, and establishes a management system for the safety of dance and stage lighting devices. This part is applicable to indoor or outdoor dance and stage lighting devices and stage setups related to performance activities.
This part defines the related terms of stage curtains, establishes the classification of stage curtains, stipulates the technical requirements, management norms and usage matters for the safety of stage curtains, and provides a fire safety management system for stage curtains. This part is applicable to the design, production and use of stage curtains in theaters and other performance venues. Curtains in other venues can be used as a reference. This part is not applicable to curtains that have not been treated with flame retardants, such as movie screens, seamless projection screens made of plastic, and soundproof curtains.
This standard sets out the general requirements and principles for the management of stage performances, safety management, personnel management, equipment maintenance management, and document management in theaters. This standard is applicable to performance venues represented by theaters, and other performance venues such as multi-functional halls, concert halls, and auditoriums can also refer to it for use. This standard is a guidance document for the work procedures and safety measures of stage workers, and cannot cover all safety work content on the stage. Each theater should, on the basis of this standard, formulate corresponding specific stage management procedures in accordance with their own actual situations.
This standard specifies the content of community library service resources, service provision, service management, social participation, and service guarantee. This standard applies to all community libraries, and other libraries at the same level or smaller in scale may refer to it for implementation.
