This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, delivery, marking, transportation, and storage of hand-held tractors. This standard applies to hand-held tractors (hereinafter referred to as tractors), and other power machinery operated by drivers using handrails may also refer to and implement it accordingly.
