This document specifies the safety requirements for electric heaters used in animal breeding and rearing, such as heat radiators, chick heating boxes, incubators, chick rearing devices, and heating panels for animals.
This document applies to single-phase electric heaters with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and other electric heaters with a rated voltage not exceeding 480 V.
